Our 7-9 Year Old Winter Work Out Program is designed to get our boys into great baseball shape for the upcoming season. In fact, we are confident that there isn't a program around that will prepare the boys better then Diamond Pro's Winter Workout. Our staff of former and current professional players will cover all aspects of the game including: Hitting, Fielding, Throwing, Situational Hitting, Baseball IQ, Infield and Outfield Work, Pitching Mechanical Work, Dynamic Stretching and Speed Work.
